Forty hours of work this week, last, next. It is too much sitting still. I haven’t had to sit this still in years. I am sluggish in my emails. I open windows and don’t close them. My to do list, written in green pen, tiny letters, fills a sheet of computer paper. I thought once classes were over I would have time to do things. I don’t. Mostly I just want to go home and pet this beast.
